Our Story

All the Small Things TX began as an idea and became a reality in April 2022. After more than ten years working with families and children, I became a mom and quickly felt the weight of the mental load firsthand. I didn’t need someone to just clean toilets. I needed support. I needed someone to anticipate the tasks, not just react to them. I dreamed of a few hours each week where the responsibility wasn’t on my shoulders.

One month after launching, I found out I was pregnant with our second child. In less than a year, I went from founder to CEO, from mom of one to mom of two, and from dreamer to business owner supporting real families across Texas.

By the end of 2022, I was navigating newborn life, toddler life, marriage, and leadership all at once. By early 2023, we had a growing team serving families in Austin and San Antonio. Today, All the Small Things proudly supports families across Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio, with an incredible team of Home Assistants who help make life lighter every single day. And yes, I quickly became a client of my own company too.

I understand our clients because I live this life alongside you. I know what it feels like to juggle careers, children, relationships, homes, aging parents, and personal goals all at once. At All the Small Things, we exist to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you are in the newborn stage, decluttering after years of accumulation, caring for loved ones, or building your career, we are here to support you.

About the Founder

All the Small Things TX is a local, Latina, mom-owned business founded by Christi Wells in 2022. Christi met her husband in 2012 while attending Texas A&M University in College Station (Whoop!) and later earned her Bachelor of Science in Family and Child Development from Texas State University.

With over 15 years of experience working with families and children across Texas, Christi brings both professional expertise and lived experience into everything she builds. She is a mom of two young children (ages 5 and 3), fluent in Spanish, and enjoys hiking, DIY home projects, and cooking.

Christi is also Founder of Fracshenal a SaaS startup and member of Ignite Austin, a business accelerator under EO. Both All the Small Things and Fracshenal are 100% bootstrapped, female-led companies, built with intention, resilience, and heart.

Her work has been recognized through her nomination as Austin Business Woman of the Year in 2023 and her selection as an Austin Woman Changemaker by Austin Woman Magazine. Christi is passionate about building businesses that honor real life, support families, and empower women to lead without burning out.
